Password Removal
It isn’t uncommon to set a password and then forget it, especially when there are so many different password requirements these days. Don’t worry, in most cases we are able to remove the password and restore the device to working order.

Notice:
Depending on the device, we may have to erase the contents in order to remove the password. Typically we are able to remove the password from computers without erasing any data, but phones and tablets may have to be erased.
What is Required
If we are removing a password from your device, we will require some form of photo identification. This is to verify that the device isn't stolen.
As long as you are able to provide us with an ID, we do not need any receipts or purchase information.
